A buyers’ advocate specializes in assisting the purchaser in seeking and negotiating on a property of choice.

Services include:

• Client and advocate meet to discuss and attain a brief of the client’s unique requirements.
• Confirmation of brief is emailed to client.
• Client endorses confirmation .
• An authority is attained for the engagement and detailing the extent of service.
• Advocate commences to search for the property based on the client’s criteria.
• A short list is provided to client.
• Inspection of property is effected (with or without client).
• Advocates opinion is expressed to client.
• In the case of the property selected is scheduled to sell at Auction, the buyers advocate may be engaged to bid on behalf of the purchaser.

The fees vary according to the extent of service required by the client.
